March Happenings

We went into the Dr today and they actually removed Cam's cast! They took xrays again and said things looked great. He was a little tipsy for a minute but was running before we left the doctors office. The two weeks weren't as bad as I expected. For his first bath we wrapped his leg in two grocery sacks and duct tape it. Then we put a little stool in the tub to keep his leg out of the water. Cam held so still that we only had to do this once. From then on we didn't worry about wrapping it, Cam knew to just keep his leg up on the stool.

One of the boys' favorite activites is to go across the street and feed the ducks. In Camden's words..."feed duck bite bread". After our bread is all gone and we have convinced the boys the ducks are full, we venture over to the park.

One Saturday Mason and I rode our bikes over to the lake. It was fun to do something just the two of us.

These animals have also been a highlight in our home this month. Camden is OBSESSED with animals and just loves to watch these guys in our backyard. There are three baby sheep, two baby goats and one horse that have been added back there recently. Cam always has to know where the horse is at all times. We love the mini-zoo in our backyard!

I can't believe it! The beginning of fall I bought three brand new pairs of jeans for Mason and now look at them! Two are completely holey and the one is on it's way there. It's not like I let him slide down the drive way on his knees! Well good news Camden, looks like these aren't going to make it to the hand-me-down status.

Scout loves the backyardigans too! I don't know how I feel about today's addition though...a cow, really...a cow!!

So for the pants cut them off and make them into play shorts for the summer. Coh has play clothes and nice clothes. For the most part he wears his play clothes because of his boyness. (Huge Smile) Glad Cam's cast is off and he is doing good. You are a great mom Tami, love the pic of you and Mas.

Seriously what is it with boys and jeans! Christian's are starting to wear out too! You are so lucky to have a live zoo! Christian would die. Cute pictures!

I agree with Chan. Max goes thru about 6-8 pairs each fall/winter season. It is so frustrating. Miss you guys and hope all is well.
